[Bese-devel] Error starting examples.

I'm running UCW on my Ubuntu x86_64 box (7.04 Feisty Fawn), SBCL 1.0.

I can't run the UCW examples.  I get the following error:

I don't understand why I am getting this error -- can any of you give me
some advice on how to fix this?
